Over 7,000 new cases of Covid recorded today

7,354 new cases of Covid-19 have been reported today. There are 3,294 PCR-confirmed cases, while 4,060 people registered a positive antigen test through the HSE portal. 608 patients are in hospital, which is a drop of 26 on yesterday. 54 are in ICU, which is an increase of one.
